Where we ship
We ship to all governorates within Egypt.

Shipping rate
Free shipping across Egypt on all orders.

Delivery time
2 to 5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Confirmation is sent within 24 hours of purchase, by email or WhatsApp — whichever reaches you faster.

Payment
Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt. You pay the courier when your order arrives — nothing is charged upfront.

How your order reaches you

1. You'll receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is placed.

2. We prepare your order within 1 business day.

3. Our courier partner contacts you on the registered number before delivery.

4. You receive your order from the courier, inspect it, and pay on arrival.

A few things to keep in mind

— Fridays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

— During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday), delivery may take 1 to 2 additional days.
