Where we ship
We ship to all governorates within Egypt.
Shipping rate
A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to every order, anywhere in Egypt.
Delivery time
3 to 7 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Confirmation is sent within 24 hours of purchase, by email or WhatsApp — whichever reaches you faster.
How your order reaches you
1. You'll receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is placed.
2. We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Our courier partner contacts you on the registered number before delivery.
4. You receive your order from the courier and sign for it on arrival.
A few things to keep in mind
— Fridays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
— During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday), delivery may take 1 to 2 additional days.
